When we say, “body safe,” what we mean is that: the ingredients in our product range (including the materials used) are safe for your body. In truth, the sex toy industry isn’t fully regulated, so some toys may cause infection and may deteriorate in the body or degrade over time. Sex toy safety is exceptionally important. We pride ourselves on being safe and reputable.
All orders are shipped in plain mailers or boxes. Return labels are nondescript and usually say “Returns Department.” All packing slips are generic and do not mention any company information or pricing. You can be confident that your orders will be shipped discreetly!

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier and out of our control. If your order has not arrived within your selected delivery time frame, please email us ([email protected]) and we can investigate further with the shipping carrier.

Please note that sometimes (especially during the busy holiday season or during severe weather events), the shipping carriers may take longer than usual to deliver, or skip scans along the way. Sometimes packages do not scan until they arrive in their destination city.

The name “Cupidshamper” will never appear on your credit card statement. We are listed as “CC Shop” instead.

All of our vibrators are made of medical-grade silicone. We do not recommend using silicone-based lubricants with our silicone toys, as they can have a negative reaction with each other.

Yes, Cupidshamper makes every effort to ensure that our customers are protected when making online purchases. This means that all information you provide us online is encrypted and completely confidential. Additionally, once we receive the credit card bank authorization, your encrypted information is released to the bank and does not remain on our system.

Most orders using standard delivery will arrive within 3-7 business days after the order is placed.
